Welcome to Sports & Activities for adults! The opportunities below are offered on-campus for our ACS Egham staff and families. Please keep in mind that dates and times are subject to change.
*Students who are 16 years old (G11 and G12) may participate with the supervision of a parent-guardian.

8:45 - 9:30
Meet in main parking lot and bring a mat + water bottle (dumbbells if you want them). Class is held outside.
Cost is £ 10 per class or £ 30 for four sessions.
Personal Trainer Carl has 10+ years experience, is CYQ qualified level 3, and registered with UK Coaching.
